Privacy Notice

• Contact form. If you use the form, the site collects your name, email, phone number (optional), your role, the topic, and your message. Black Bear Elementary uses this only to respond to you. The form asks you not to include a student’s name, diagnosis, or IEP details.
• Where form messages go. Messages are stored by Webflow, the website host, and emailed to the school’s main inbox, infobbe@blackbearacademy.com.
• Hosting. Like most web hosts, Webflow processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. See Webflow’s privacy policy.
• Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, through Webflow, to block automated spam. Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser when the form loads. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use analytics cookies yet. When Google Analytics is added, the site will ask first. If you click Accept, the site will load Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits, see which pages are used, and count when the contact form is sent. It will not send what you type in the form. Google Signals and ad personalization will be turned off. If you click Decline, Google Analytics will not load.

Your choice will be stored in your browser so the site does not ask again, and a Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page will let you change it. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The site does not use advertising or social media tracking pixels.
